Jesus Christ is the visible representation of the invisible God

Colossians 1:15 (AMP)

15 He is the exact living image [the essential manifestation] of the unseen God [the visible representation of the invisible], the firstborn [the preeminent one, the sovereign, and the originator] of all creation.

The Lord Jesus claimed to be the one true God, Yahweh. Wow, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I AM

We do not see Jesus today visibly but in the Word of God through the Holy Spirit. We can teach with authority because He sent us the Holy Spirit. He forgave our sins, and we also can forgive others who sin against us.

When I read this verse, it reminds me that God made Jesus visible to us. God is showing up in the flesh – Jesus Christ. In all honesty, I have come to love Him, even though I have not seen Him. The Holy Spirit is alive and powerful when He works through us. Jesus is alive, and He is God.

Prayer

Dear Father God, today I want to pray that You will open the eyes of our family and friends who do not know You personally. Lord, I realize that You aren’t just a life force, a cosmic power. You are my God and my Savior. Lord Jesus, You shed tears for me too, I am so grateful that You have risen, I am now a child of God. Hallelujah. Amen

I say I am a Christian wife, an Author, Radio Presenter, a Blogger, a mother, and stepmother, a granny, and a Data Capture and Personal Assistant. I absolutely and unconditionally love the LORD my God, and my husband and children. I love to write devotionals about the Word of God – the Bible. I like to incorporate my feelings and understanding in my blogs. We all face challenges don't we, and for me, it is just as difficult as for the next person. I also get frustrated and irritated and cry, and after everything I have tried, I turn back to God. I seem to learn the hard way, just like a little child always wanting to try it myself before I ask Daddy for help. I would say that I am a people's kind of person, I feel their pain, and I love to laugh with them. I always aspire to see the very best in people, never judging and still considering what they might be facing as people there and then. On meeting people, I always place them in the highest bracket on my scale. I believe the very best of each person. I do hope you love reading my blogs and seeing what I am doing on my web page. In the precious name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I bless you.
